Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed. Just wait for your confirmation, which will be sent to you via email with your Tracking Number as soon as the package has shipped. 

If you order multiple Vicrays products your items may ship separately. You do not need to worry if you receive a partial shipment. The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates. If you are worried your package will not make it on time please email our customer service and we will check on the status for you ASAP!

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

  • Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping, so you can purchase with your new Vicrays product as soon as possible, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Vicrays product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy.
  • We do NOT ship to PO box addresses at this time. 
  • Orders can be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. Holidays).
  • Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
  • Usually, the shipping may be affected by the following external uncontrollable factors, and the delivery will be delayed.
  • VICRAYS only ship products to the USA. Customers from other countries who want to purchase VICRAYS products should contact VICRAYS customer service at email ([email protected]) before making an order firstly. Note: Please contact the customer service if the total amount of your order exceeds $1000 (for the Expedited and Premium). Thank you very much!
