If you order multiple Vicrays products your items may ship separately. You do not need to worry if you receive a partial shipment. The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates. If you are worried your package will not make it on time please email our customer service and we will check on the status for you ASAP!
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:
- Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping, so you can purchase with your new Vicrays product as soon as possible, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Vicrays product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy.
- We do NOT ship to PO box addresses at this time.
